TIRED OF THIS GODDAMN WAR

May 29th, 2006

Today is Memorial Day. I’d like to express my respect and regret for our enlisted men and our Vets. I respect their sacrifice. I regret that they must continue to sacrifice for a war that can’t be won. I’ve listened to the stories of Vets, and I hear the same thing…..”I had no idea how badly I’d be forever changed”. 18 year old enlisted men and women are “young, dumb, and full of cum”. They have no idea of the realities of war. They learn quickly and pay for it with their lives or for the rest of their lives. They trust their leaders will send them into reasonable wars. That is…..wars that have a tangible goal. They do not expect to be sent into quagmires that have no end. This President, his Advisors and all who support him should be ashamed. Their are lessons to be learned from history. Our Leaders have not learned these lessons and our Military and their families will pay dearly. God bless these men and Goddamn our President.

SPRING FEVER

May 27th, 2006

Forgive me please. I’ve not blogged in some time. It is so freaking beautiful in Vermont right now. You do not want me sitting in front of a computer, you want me out and about…right? I’m solar powered. Give me some sun, and I’ll run run run. I’ve got spring fever in a big way. Green is my favorite color. Vermont is green. Life is good. ( winter, what winter?)
